This VINTAGE dress sports a TINY waist! Was unable to fully zip back because of Mannequin size. Fully functional zipper. The top is to blouse over waist. The skirt is pleated. bodice is lined as shown in the 7th photo. No fabric content tag. POSSIBLY Acetate and crepe with fish scale sequence.
