Elegant 2-piece black silk dress by ISDA & co., size small.

Dressy ISDA & Co. 2-piece silk gown, crepe texture. Both top and bottom have side slit detail. Elastic waist skirt. Armpit to armpit measures 18.5", shoulder to hem measures 21.5", elastic waist measures 12" (not stretched), and waist to skirt hem measures 32-3/4". All measurements are approximate. The skirt comes to my ankles and I am about 5 feet tall. I bought this at a little boutique in Jacksonville, Oregon and wore it only twice.
