This vintage one of a kind maxi style skirt will stop traffic. It has every imaginable neon color floating around on it. It has a small 6 inch side slit on the left side for that proper peek of leg. As for size? I wear an extra large and it’s always worked for me. It’s durable, machine washable and in perfect condition. Oh, the waist is an elastic band. I cry to part with this……
