Girls 9/10 Anna dress and cape

Disney Anna dress and cape. size 9/10. cape has small area of spots/stain on back. see photo. it is hard to spot/capture with the sheen of the fabric both in person and on camera. shows up white in the photo but they are actually a dark color. My daughter is selling her disney dress collection to make money for her next big interest/hobby.
