Vintage Skirt Handmade Repurposed Sz 11/12 Victorian Burlesque Style See Details. This skirt is a repurposed item from a vintage skirt and needs to have the elastic in the waist replaced. An easy fix. Otherwise in very good condition. A Satin bottom ruffle with gold glittery Georgette fabric, has been added to create a Victorian, Burlesque Style costume.
