Glass bell with simple, delicate pattern. It has a nice sound (play video to hear). Signed “Seneca” on the lip of the bell. Used in excellent condition. Seneca glass is no longer made as the company closed in the 1980s (many US glass companies have closed). Its history spanned nearly 100 years. It was known for its high-quality lead stemware which was sold by high end stores Neiman Marcus and Tiffany’s and whose customers included the White House (First Lady Jackie Kennedy), Eleanor Roosevelt, and the Ritz Carlton.
