NWT Lulus Royal Blue eyelet dress with scalloped hem detailing. This is a brand new dress purchased last summer. I never had the chance to wear it and it’s been sitting in my closet. I have gained weight and it is too tight on me. For reference I am 5’8” and 160 but hold my weight in the midsection. My waist is 33”.
