These are pre owned and have been lightly worn. There is some light scuffing around the bottom are the foot area and a little on the heel. The bottom soles have some wear on them. There is a strip of elastic near the zipper at the top of the boot, see pics. 7 1/4" side to side at the top leg opening. 3 1/4" heels. They have been stored in the original box which has a 2" tear on the top of the lid. 25
