NWTS! Pretty Floral Velvet-Like Skirt

Lovely floral skirt-looks and feels like velvet but is made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. So pretty and with a bit of stretch, it is also SO comfortable! Machine was cold like colors and tumble dry (however, I always recommend line drying to preserve the life of your garment). Measures approximately 15" from elastic waist to hem, 25-28" in waist area. Has self-belt and a cute 7" ruffle hem. Perfect for lots of occasions–dressy or casual. Would also make a nice gift.
