Dee Elle tank dress, blue and black fits a medium

Dee Elle blue dress with black lace print. Tag says L but this measures and fits like a medium. Easy to wear and comfortable. See photo measurements. Fully lined and flows beautifully. Excellent used condition. Listed as a mini but at 34” length it is not too short, an inch or 2 above the knee on me (5’6”).
