NIB black suede Rampage Sexy Slip-on Heels. These cute, sexy heels are new in box, however, the cardboard inserts have scratched the footbed on the shoes. ( noted so buyer is aware ) They are sized as a 9, but they do run small so a better fit for 8-8.5 in my opinion.
