It's a set by quantum leap. Black pants with garter leg warmers attached by buckles. Zip front closure. Contrast grey stitching. Functional back pockets and pockets on the bottom of the leg warmers. The skirt has a hidden zipper on the side with buckle detail on both hips. The back has functional back pockets and 2 slits on both sides. Material is stretchy. Size says small but fits like an xs. Skirt has about a 14 " waist, length is just over 14". Pants gave a 13 " waist, 30 " inseam.
