@somethinsweet79 it is about 16” but the smocking for the waist is just below the pits so it has a lot of give both directions

@embevans hmmm...i know what you mean but if the material itself doesn't stretch I don't know if 16 will be too tight. I usually look for 17-18 pit to pit. Can you tell me length please?

@somethinsweet79 21” from shoulder to hem. If I pull the pits out they will lay flat at 18”. I am small chested which is why this does not work for me! Hope this helps
