This is a Newport News blouse with white & black stripes. Has pretty feminine split flutter sleeves & bottom hem. Has a Deep V Neck twist front, & is a very lightweight gauzy & stretchy material, almost transparent. Has a few tiny holes on the front, & one tiny little hole on the back, see pics....so this might be best to layer under a blazer or sweater. Price reflects condition. Measures 14" pit to pit, but will stretch easily for bigger sizes. 24" long from shoulder to end of blouse in back. Smoke free, pet friendly home. Box #5
