EUC Forever 21 lightweight dress

Adorable elephant print strappy dress. Black on olive green. Lace up detail in back. Hook & Eye and Zipper on side, so once you get the lacing adjusted, it is easy on & off. Shoulder straps are also adjustable. Excellent condition, not sure if it has ever been worn. See photos for measurements.
