Halter closes securely at back of neck with 2 buttons. Low back -- falls below where back of bra strap would rest. Elastic waist pull-on skirt. Hemline is V-shaped and includes 3 rows of knotwork, finished by just over 4" of fringe! Lining comes to the floor for a layered gypsy look. Gown / maxi length: finishes floor length but can accommodate a higher heel, on a 5'6" model.
