Vintage slip on hot kiss black scrunched heeled boots. Size 6.5. Super cute but have been sitting in a tote for a long time. Pictures show peeling. When scrunched down and straps positioned properly the peeling is not as obvious. Priced accordingly but feel free to make me an offer.
