Good preowned condition 94% polyester 6% spandex -very stretchy High low hem Elastic at Wrist Bust across the front is 21” Length in front is 25.5” Length in the back is30” Note- there are a few minor pulls in front towards the bottom, not noticeable. I had to look hard to see them.
