Beautiful Torrid dress

Gorgeous floral dress, fitted stretchy bodice and flowy skirt. Sleeveless racerback with cut out detail and buttons up the back. Soooo flattering but it no longer fits me! Size 00 which is is size 10. Upper is VERY stretchy but skirt portion does not stretch. Chest 30” Waist 30” Hips 64” Length 45” Garment has been washed and comes from a nonsmoking pet-friendly home. Minor signs of general wear but overall Good used condition.
