christy_bedford I know you said it was unused, but how long ago was it purchased? I recently purchased some new in-box eyeliner, and I couldn't even apply it because it was so old. It's not your fault, but I need to check.

christy_bedford @mitsyhunter I'll try it for $5. I just found out the company filed bankruptcy in 2023. So there won't be any more products. But it's worth a try 😊.
