sassysirenfinds @mallory_ann6 Hi! It is, I saw my measurements and pulled it out to check. I held it up to myself, I wear a 1X and it's wide enough to fit me. The rest (arms and neck) are much smaller but would still be roomy on someone smaller than me. I hope that helps. :)
