Green Velour Mini Dress

Super soft velvet like material. There is a small slit on one side. Forever 21 size woman’s small. Very stretchy and has a second lining on the top half so it’s not see through on top! I never wore it because it was too tight, but if it fits right it shouldn’t be see through!
