This top is from Forever 21. It’s a size small and fits nicely on me (5’4 and 118 lbs). The fabric is stretchy and good quality. According to the tag the top is 100% cotton. This top has only been worn once, and needs a new home. It’s a croptop with a high neckline and outward-seam style. The top is in perfect condition. It has no loose strings, rips, etc. The pattern on the front is an engine with wings and flames, and a banner below it saying “Drive Me Mad”.
