Loft Navy Blue Tie Top Long Sleeve Dress

This dress is navy blue with little white spots. It has an elastic waistband and elastic in the wrists. The sleeves are semi sheer, but the body has a slip underneath. 100% Polyester Almost all of the clothes in my shop come from my mother’s personal closet. She has too many to fit in her closet.
