The dress is a very light yellow with a texturized floral design. This dress is in amazing condition with the only flaw being a couple loose buttons that can easy be secured. ladylightning1 @swallowtails i would say largest is about 19in and smallest is around 17 1/2in. It is pretty stretchy material but when stretched too much the button look weird by the chest so 19in is probably the biggest I would go.
