Beautiful floral vintage dress by California Looks. Lovely blue hydrangea and floral print on black background. Notched collar and buttons about 3/4 of the length down the front. Has all of the wonderful details of vintage dresses, such as a matching belt, shoulder detail, and pockets, yay!! The pockets lay flat for a smooth silhouette. Buttoned cuffs and a little bit of stretch. It has the vintage shoulder pads, which are sewn in loosely, so you can rock it with them if you like them, or cut them loose and remove them, if you don’t.
