Mermaid swim suit. Young girl. 9/10/11/12

This is a mermaid swimsuit for a young girl aged around 9 10 11 or 12. there is no size listed but the elasticated waste measures 10 inches unstretched and 18 inches stretched. It consists of a one piece bottom half - the tail, which has an elasticated waist, a pair of swim briefs and a bikini top. The bikini top looks like it is more decorative than functional, and maybe too small for a more developed young lady. It's in excellent condition with no spots or blemishes, however there is some loose stitching which doesn't affect anything, on the tail. see photos.
