Hi! What is the dress waist measurement? And what size would you say? 0, 2, 4? Any stretch?

@vyniguez904 Bebe dresses are normally always a size 0 for XS. 2-4 would be a small. The waist measurement I took is approximately 29 inches all the way around. There is no stretch.
