Your measurements, on bottom are you taking them from just the bottom piece from seam to seam? And are you measuring from top to bottom in the middle between handles or from the very end to bottom? Im asking because I have several of these bags in different colors but all of mine measure 12 at bottom end to end and from top of bag to bottom is 10, but I measure from middle which is tallest part of the bag.
