Surplice (faux wrap v-neckline) black gray velvet blouse has flutter sleeves, & elastic at hemline. Single snap closure in front. Content is 76% Rayon & 24% Nylon. Measurements flat are approximately 18” pit to pit & 23” long. In excellent new condition with NO damage. NWT color changes between black & a gray depending on lighting. Beautiful top. (Box C-7)
