Mermaid style ruffle-framed open-back dress by Hope & Ivy. Near mint condition with no flaws found, size 10. Features a sweetly rounded neckline, sheer butterfly cap sleeves, and an open back edged in ruffles, with corset style lacing under the ruffles and above the open low back. Dress is lined from bodice to around the knee where it becomes sheer, and the high-low hem transitions from a sheath to a mermaid style flare. Darts at the bust and tailoring in the waist. Hook and eye fastening at back of neck. Unstretched, (some leeway due to nature of lace-up closures), laying flat measures across approximately: 17” at the bust, 14.5” at the waist, 18” at the hips, 46” from shoulder to front hemline, and 50.5” from shoulder to back hemline.
