I am 5ft w And petite- would it fit me? I am fine with getting it hemmed but unsure if torso would fit? Are there any flaws?

@macunns17 it is so cute! I am 5’3 I only tried on and it would need to be taken in on the straps for me. Otherwise it fit everywhere else. Comes with tags attached
