amcgal is this a key chain or is it a "table purse holder"? That is what it looks like to me. Very pretty and handy too

rosebudsterling @amcgal I've never seen anything like it. It's actually a little heavy for a "key chain" and doesn't seem to have the mechanics for a table purse holder. Guessing it's more like a purse charm. It is very pretty however it's used.
