@jules_2468 Is the outside of the jacket black or brown? It looks black in the photos, which is what I thought it was until I just saw the colors in your listing as brown and pink.

Could you indicate the hip measurement laying flat? I have the short version in medium but worry the hips will be too tight!

@shopb0p across the waistband is about 17 inches it flares out to 19” just below the pockets and then 21 at the bottom.
