Hi, I am interested in your WOMEN'S EDDIE BAUER LADIES PURPLE VEST SIZE XL TALL, but need to know some MEASUREMENTS . When the vest is LAYING FLAT what is the ARMPIT TO ARMPIT measurement across the front of vest when it is zipped up? What is the LENGTH of vest from center back of neck starting at the seam where the collar join the vest to the bottom of vest? ALSO what is the CONDITION of this vest?
