White and Black polka dot jacket with 3/4 sleeves, 2 front flat pockets. dress is straight with slight drop sleeveless, V-neck white top half and black skirt bottom has 4 side buttons to slit. washable 50% polyester 50% rayon. Regular size 16. measurements: armpit to armpit 22", shoulder to hem is 44". Jacket has open look no closure, measure shoulder to hem 26".
