puppetfong I believe 401 last. I'll need to check the shoe when I get back home but pretty certain 401 because I remember researching extensively when I purchased because Carlos santos had just updated the last on the double monk straps.

aquanostra9 What's the length of the insole & outsole? While Carlos Santos' sizing guide says a EU41= UK7= US8, I heard these run long. Thus, since I'm a US8D, then maybe i should look for a 6.5? I appreciate your help. My feet are 9.5" long and roughly 4" wide. What about you?

puppetfong @aquanostra9 The length from heel to toe is approximately 11 and 5/8 inches. they fit pretty true to a 41EU, I don't believe they run long.
