Fenton Blue Satin Custard Glass Plate Christmas 1971 "The Old Brick Church"

This Fenton Christmas 1971 is a collectible. Fenton made a series of these, with a different church for each year. This plate was No. 2 in the Christmas in America series. The approximately 8” diameter plate, has a raised design and identification of the Old Brick Church. It was produced to commemorate the church and Christmas in 1971. The backside of the plate describes the Protestant, colonial gothic church as having been built in 1632, located in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, and still in use at the time the plate was produced.
