This blouse hangs very flowy if that’s a word. It has a handkerchief type of hemline. I believe it is polyester but I can’t find a tag. I also don’t know the brand. It’s a size XL and the measurements are shown in the photos. Gorgeous yellow color, I absolutely loved it but it’s time to rotate out since I lost weight. Only worn twice. It has a sheerness to it but I never had to wear anything under it. It’s not see through. Smoke free, pet free home. Bundle and save!
