EUC Leota New York blue and white polka dot dress size M

This dress is stretchy and figure flattering with a sash at the waist and faux wrap design. This fits more like a S in my opinion but stretches to fit an M. The belt band is missing from one side but can easily be fixed or worn as is. Otherwise no flaws or stains and in excellent condition.
