When I receive them I’ll definitely be reporting her and potentially taking additional action against her if necessary. I appreciate you trying to warn people! dressed_by_dani @iluvualwyz I’m a lawyer so it’s not really any skin off my back if I have to file a small claims action against her. I also would consider reporting her to her local authorities. That’s sort of the gist of the comment we wrote on her page. If I decide to do either of those I’d be happy to let you know so you can join (or you can definitely pursue your own action as well!)

dressed_by_dani @iluvualwyz Worst case scenario is that she has to be sued in Delaware (lots of courts use zoom now for hearings!) do you have her full name, etc? I sent her a Tiffany’s bracelet (that I had usps intercept after seeing your review so thank you again!) so I have her address and full name (and then I was able to find her business name/occupation, get social media screenshots, find family names and addresses, access her civil and criminal court records, etc) lol!

iluvualwyz @dressed_by_dani I checked your closet and I saw the Tiffany that you were trading her, and I did the same thing, I traded her my bag for a necklace for $5 (and I have never ever traded before)she received the bag today accepted it and left me a bad love note. I’m supposed to receive the necklace tomorrow, but I don’t think I would be able to get the bag back which I was selling for $250 and I am left with a fake $5 necklace🥹

She suggested it like she did with you (and I’m just so weirded out by this little skit she has) after I bought two 14k chains for my husband and I for our first wedding anniversary 😭 she asked if I wanted to trade for a matching bracelet. Then today she said she was “freezing her account until the end of March” die to a “major surgery” at the end of the week. It was just way too fishy so I checked her profile again and saw your warning!

iluvualwyz @dressed_by_dani well, we’re going back and forth at the moment on two cases I opened, one case was a trade with a bag, another case is a necklace I purchased for 200.00 I don’t know how many other cases that she has opened, but she is claiming that we are bullying her that’s why she blocked us. She is also telling Poshmark to release the funds because I cannot show proof that it’s fake, because she went to get her remaining jewelry tested and it’s not fake

The items are supposed to arrive tomorrow - also she blocked me before I even replied to her “I’m freezing my account because of surgery” message so idk how that could have possibly been a response to anyone bullying her lol That was the biggest red flag to me.

Then she just blocked me while still listing items and responding to other people. I ordered a magnet to test whatever arrives tomorrow and have no problem going into a jewelry store to get further confirmation if needed. I just know that if the items she sent me were legit, she would have had no reason to block me…

iluvualwyz @dressed_by_dani I just lost my traded case! Poshmark said “unfortunately this case does not qualify for a return. As a courtesy we have added $5 posh credit to your account which can be used toward a future purchase. You can keep the order and there’s no need to ship it back to the seller.” It sounded like Poshmark didn’t even read my case, they just automatically credit me because it’s only $5. So I lost my $250 bag and left with $5 fake necklace🥲

dressed_by_dani @iluvualwyz what a bummer!! I saw Poshmark’s purchase protection says that they won’t cover trades and that the parties to the transaction “bear all the risk” when doing trades. So I actually paid a fee for the post office to redirect the package I sent her!!! I got the notification today that the post office “successfully intercepted” the Tiffany’s bracelet I sent and will be shipping it back to me!

The other buyer that reached out to me, her case is she purchased the two rings and the jar of candle, she received the package but there’s only the candle but no rings.

iluvualwyz @dressed_by_dani she opened the case and the scammer said in the review comment that said she took pictures when she packed the ring, but the buyer swore that she didn’t find the rings. Since there’s no proof, Poshmark resolved the case by paying her what she spend, and paid the scammer her earnings. The scammer knew exactly what she’s doing. She’s even scamming Poshmark. She’s surely is a professional scammer. A criminal!

There was another guy who told her a scarf he bought wasn’t authentic!! I messaged him and another woman who bought a scarf to tell them about what happened and to check their items too!

I have no proof and that her jewelry tested 100% real, she was awful. How are you going to get your money back if you don’t return them? Reporting her to local authorities is a good idea, at least she would have that in her record.

I called the police in her jurisdiction today 😎 They said to make a report to my local police and then have them send over that report to the state police in Delaware. The Milford police dept said Gina lives in an area patrolled by state police so they transferred me to the state police since they’re the ones who would investigate her.
