Flower ring or toe ring with elastic band

Photo is a little blurry but the flower is made of sparkly fake gems. See photo for size in centimeters. Cleaned to the best of my ability (but please keep in mind I am not a jewelry professional). Instead of a metal band, the ring has an elastic band so it can fit a variety of finger sizes--or be worn as a comfortable toe ring! If the elastic ever breaks it would be fairly easy to replace, I think. Would fit either kids (recommended middle school and up) or adults because of the elasticity.
