Low cut surplice top faux wrap sequined party dress. Zip back. Lined. Longsleeve. Fabric has some stretch. Approximate measurements are: 15" armpit to armpit measured across the back, 24" shoulder to cuff and 34" shoulder to hem. Color is black. The stitching on the lining at waist was unraveling and was mended (see last photo). New with tags.
