This might have been a dress a girl wore to a semi-formal college dance in 1965. The tag says Size 16.5 but I’m a size 2 and it fits me like a 2. I shortened it twice, and just turned it under and did not cut the hem so there’s plenty of room to let it down at least 4 inches. Measurements are bust (flat): 15” Waist (flat): 14” Current length from shoulder to hem: 32” Perfect for a vintage tea party, stage or anyone who loves vintage fashion.
