melissacunni888 The waist measurement is 13 inches and the length is 32 1/2 inches. I wore this skirt once before the pandemic. At that time I was a 2. Now I am a 4. I have not tried on the skirt. If you need that information, I will try on. Once again, sorry for delay!!!!
