Brand new pair by of boots, NEVER WORN and fits over the knee. It is made of real Napa leather with neoprene fitting at the back. It fits a size 9.5 foot with socks on. The stated size on the boot is size 9M, but the boot is a tad narrower and runs half of a size longer. The heel is 1 1/4”. This boot would look good on regular size calves.

andreac233 @mrohdog01 Firstly let me apologize for the delay, just back from vacation. As I described in the listing for this boot, the boot says size 9 but runs a bit larger. It fits a narrower 9.5 size foot with socks on. I wear a size 9 and this boot is too big for me. I hope this helps.
