Nathan running belt NO BOTTLES; I put the bottles there so you could see you could purchase from Nathan & they’re not expensive. The bottles are dishwasher top rack safe, but that seemed a bit too personal to resell. Plus I love the bottles. I was able to squeeze my iPhone 11 with case, and you could still get some tissues and keys in it, but you would have to stop running if you needed to make a call. I have gigantic sunglasses and started trail running so putting them on/off depending on shade; this belt didn’t fit with glasses, phone, dog head collar, tissues, poo bags, keys…. It seems well-balanced and the water isn’t annoying when running although only on 1 side. The description says there is reflective, but I can’t really see where. I got it when I was running solo, but I got a dog who can come with me now and I need a bigger pouch.
