90s Hairband Padded Cream Off-White Vintage Retro

Vintage 1990s Hairband in Off-White Gen X Accessory This cute vintage hairband is from the late 80s / early 1990s and it will take you right back when wearing it! Watch out - you may want to wear lots of hairspray and make your hair REALLY BIG. It is a cream / off-white color, so will go with almost any outfit. It is in good vintage condition. The ends of the band are a bit worn/off-color and there is a tiny discoloration on the inside of the band. I have circled both areas for your inspection.
