piranhawench Hi Josh!😃 Can I get this setting in 14k solid gold with clear moissanite stones (like my other ones)? I thinking want 2 pairs of 3mm in size. Like the ones I got from your mom. I got size 5mm round ones from you right? I’ll let you know for sure after I try on my earrings again.
Feb 15Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I think the problem I had with my larger earrings is that they don’t have a flat bottom . I put discs on next to the backs o heart earrings & that helps hold them up. But to keep them tight in my ear it seems the earring is going into the hole more.

piranhawench
piranhawench I’m sorry about the poor sentence structure on this post! I’m thinking ahead of myself! Lol! I hope you’re doing well! Haven’t heard from you or your mom in awhile. I know everyone is busy.

joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Hi there, Peggi! 😊 Great to hear from you! We've been doing well, thanks, and the family is good too. Absolutely, I can make two pairs of 3mm settings in 14k solid gold with clear moissanite stones, just like the ones from my mom.
Feb 16Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Yes, you did purchase 5mm round ones from me before. I'm glad to hear the backs are helping, and no need to apologize for sentence structure – totally understand it - you don't have to worry about that! We've been quite busy lately, but I plan to resume custom orders in the next couple of weeks. Just curious, are you interested in 3mm heart cuts or round ones? Let me know! 😊 I think smaller ones in gold would look fabulous in my personal opinion.
Feb 16Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’d like round stones. I haven’t tried on my 5mm round stones for awhile. I’m wearing I think the 3s with a tiny gold heart (kids earrings) & my large heart moissanite (7mm I think is what they are). I’ll let you know for sure on the size in a couple days or so.
Feb 16Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench Would this setting need to be 4 prong for 3mm stones? And your 2 week timeline is perfect. That’ll give me time to play with sizes. Glad you’re all doing well! Love you! 💕
Feb 16Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I definitely want 3mm stones, round, 3 or 4 prong setting, up to you. I would like a flat base on the setting so it sits better on my ear.
Feb 16Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin The way this setting is flat. 😊 And whenever you’re ready is good. A couple weeks right? I’m not in a hurry. 😊
Feb 16Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Regarding the pink sapphire heart-shaped setting with colorless round moissanite, if that's the direction you choose, I'd personally recommend the four-prong solitaire basket setting, similar to the ones in 3MM that my mom sent you. If you prefer the heart cuts in this setting, three prongs should work perfectly. Combining four prongs with the heart cut might require some alterations to the entire setting.
Feb 18Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench And yes, I aim to start back in a couple of weeks, but, hopefully, I'll be starting a little sooner than that. When you get a chance, could you please upload a photo example of the "flat base" you mentioned? Are you wanting the actual bottom of the earrings to be flatter? It will help me better understand how the new setting should sit on your ear. Thank you so much for your input! 🙂
Feb 18Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Like the base of these heart settings are flat.
Feb 18Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin And as far as the basket settings on your moms earrings…I’ll have to go take one off & look at it. I’ll let you know.
Feb 18Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Would this setting (the heart ones, 3 prong) hold round stones securely even if I sleep in them? Or should I go for a different, 4 prong setting?
Feb 18Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Ah, I see what you mean. I want to highlight that the way the stones are set and the size chosen are crucial factors that directly influence the size of the base. Each design has unique requirements, and finding the right balance ensures both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
Feb 19Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench For the heart-shaped setting with three prongs, I believe we can securely set round stones while maintaining the same flat base as the pink sapphire earrings. It's about finding the right balance between stone size and design requirements. Have you ever considered pink round Moissanite for them? I can't give you a price exactly on the difference yet, but that's just a thought I'd run by you!
Feb 19Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench My mom said you had sent her some pictures, so when I get the chance, I'm going to go over them, and I'll get back to you and let you know my thoughts.
Feb 19Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I just sent her the pictures here. But you see what I’m saying now! Flat against my ear. The martini settings are pretty but they aren’t flat against my ear. I have to keep the backs on tight so they don’t droop. I have the discs on the back of my ear, then the backs.
Feb 19Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench That helps but they still seem like they’re pushing into my ear & stretching the hole. Do you know what I mean? Or is it just me? I’m probably not saying it right. There’s no way to put a flat piece on the earring posts so there a flat piece on my ear is there?
Feb 19Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I’d love pink moissanite earrings (heart cut stones?) in this setting! But let’s do smaller orders. You don’t have to jump through so many hoops with pm then do you?
Feb 19Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I’d like around 3mm round clear moissanite stones in these settings if possible. If not possible, then you could put them in the, did you call it basket settings, like the ones I got from your mom?
Feb 19Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I have another question. Can you tell me the carat of the stones in my earrings? The 7mm, 6mm, 5mm & the 3mm in getting? Do they measure that way? When my sister asks me how big my diamonds are I’d like to tell her in carats. Or is mm a measure of diamonds too? I know nothing about diamonds. Josh I’m soo glad you patiently answer all my questions! Thank you! 🙏🏻 😌
Feb 19Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Gotcha! The martini settings do have a unique charm, but I get that they might not sit as flush as you'd like. It's a bit tricky since the design has to play nice with the stone size and prongs. So, in terms of feasibility, I think enlarging the base beyond the stone's size will pose lots of design challenges.
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench It's really the result of a meticulously shaped setting designed to complement the chosen stone size. Striking the right balance in intricacies is crucial, so I hate to say this, but I just don't think it's possible. Although, if we carefully design it, I think you'll be happy with the result, still!
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench The fact that you are choosing a smaller setting will benefit you immediately because they will weigh significantly less than the ones you currently have.
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench And yes, the 925 3MM my mom sent you are called basket solitaire settings, but are you wanting those how they come with the round colorless moissanite plus a heart shaped setting with pink moissanite heart cuts?
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Always remember that screwbacks are always an option on the table. I would recommend those to any of my customers if they plan on wearing them all the time. They're just, by nature, a lot more secure than pushbacks, and you can screw them on as tight as you need them to be, but I do remember when you mentioned how that might make your arm hurt worse. We don't want that!
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Also, to answer your question about your current earrings: 7MM 1.2Ct × 2 = 2.4 6MM 1.2Ct × 2 = 2.4 5MM 0.50 × 2 = 1.00 (or 1/2ct each) All together, you have a total carat weight of 5.8CTW. 🙂
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin First, let me say I’m not mad. Just trying to understand what YOU’RE saying now. First it was you not understanding me. LOL! My turn!!!! LOL!!!
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench ok, so let me see if I understand. The heart setting like in these pictures are 3 prong. I thought I saw them in 4 prong not just for a tiny, but as earrings. Yes or no? If I did, they were bigger stones? Are these posts not suited for the round 3mm stones I want? I’d be better to get the basket settings?
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench What I want is 2 pair of 3mm clear moissanite set on 14k solid gold posts. I’d the heart posts aren’t suitable, pick what is the best & show me, please! You can’t give me a lot of choices because I won’t be able to pick! Unless you have like 2 in mind.
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Thank you for telling me how many carats my earrings are. 😊💕
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I would love heart shaped pink moissanite set in heart posts IF they are no larger than 4mm. Is that possible? If not, round pink moissanite stones (3 or 4mm?) I’m I different basket setting? I mistakenly deleted the pictures that were in my closet with loopy settings. There were 2 kinds of loopy ones. But mainly, they need to be flat next to my ear. And as usual, I want all my settings in 14k gold please. 😊💕
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin And I understand the martini settings are specifically designed, as are the other pair, to suit the stones. I think the discs are helping. I just can’t wear them with other earrings that are very heavy. I’m very happy with them all!!! ❤️😊💕💕💕
Feb 20Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’m learning that I need to choose earrings that aren’t so heavy. LOL!!! The older I get the less form my earlobes have become. Who knew??? Lotta things change when we get older. Some for the better, some not. 🤣
Feb 20Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Got it! Let me break it down for you. Whether you go for 3 or 4MM in either cut and color, that should be no problem. While setting rounds in the heart setting is possible (because why not add some flair, right?), I did suggest the basket setting for rounds since they have those four lovely corners. But it's totally your call – whichever vibe you're feeling.
Feb 21Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Quick note: I can't recall ever selling a four-prong Heart Setting; just the the three-prong look from what I can remember. Now, the posts, they're the real champs here – not affected by your stone choice. They'll be the same length you prefer (8 or 11MM), just a matter of picking the perfect stone size for the setting.
Feb 21Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench And speaking of choices, I get it – too many options can be a bit overwhelming. So, how about we narrow it down a bit? Maybe one pair with a round basket setting and another with a round heart setting? Or mix in some pink moissanite for that extra pop? Lots of cool variations to explore. What do you think? You could even do one pink round, one pink heart all in the same setting, even. I'll just need to check with my gemstone suppliers after we figure everything out.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin What a nice idea! 1 pink moissanite heart 4mm, set in heart setting, & 1 pink moissanite round 3mm. Maybe…. I haven’t decided if I want different sizes for sure yet.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin 2 sets of round clear moissanite stones set in 2 different types of flat backed posts. One basket like from your mom, & can I text pics to your mom?
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Evening. Both 3mm clear rounds in baskets like I got from your mom. (I think the others are probably the wrong shape & too large.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’m going to go back through the earrings you measured for me a before I ordered. I’ll look & see how big a 4mm stone in a setting actually is. I would like the pink moissanite stones in the heart settings. Will a round 3mm or a 4mm round stone for In the heart setting? See? You gave me too many choices again! LOL!!! I’ll check back in a day it 2.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin after I try on the sized earrings.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin And I’d like the posts a little shorter than you made the ones on my moissanite hearts. I don’t know exactly how long they are.
Feb 21Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I’ll try to message you when I get back from the mail store.
Feb 23Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench I’m trying to message you in a couple places. Soo far part of it has gone through I think.
Feb 23Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Yes, I don't think there will be a problem setting 3 or 4MM heart or round stones in the heart setting. Sounds like an excellent choice! The ones pictured are 4MM heart cuts, so please keep in mind that if you decrease to 3MM, it will appear smaller than the current way they're set.
Feb 23Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench And you'd like the posts shorter? No problem! I think you'd enjoy 8MM posts. I can show you a picture of 8MM posts if you don't remember what they looked like. The ones I made for your last earrings are 11MM exactly, for reference.
Feb 23Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Do you know how long the ones were on your mom’s? I think 11mm posts are a little too long.
Feb 24Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Yes, those are 11MM (if you're talking about the 3MM white moissanite) posts, along with your current earrings (they're 11MM exactly) Are you leaning more towards 8MM? Those 8MM posts are the same length that one of my customers chose for her 10K White Gold cushion cut moissanite "sleep earrings" as she likes to call them.
Feb 24Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Yes I’m leaning toward 8mm or soo posts. I didn’t realize how long 11mms would be. I just can’t decide on the size of the pink moissanite stones. I KNOW I want 2 pair of 3mm clear moissanite 14k solid gold earrings. And 8mm posts I believe.
Feb 24Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Sounds great! If the 11mm posts felt a bit long, trying out 8mm could strike the perfect balance. Check out the listing I tagged you in, and scroll down to the picture focusing on just the posts for a size reference. Take all the time you need to decide on all of the sizes and colors you are interested in.
Feb 24Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench In the meantime, if you'd like, I can check on prices for just two pair of 3MM white stones or I can wait until we have all the info together and just tell you the price for everything all at once. It's completely up to you. Thanks, Peggi! 👂 👍
Feb 24Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I found the measurement of the post. I’m going to check my 11mm ones & see how they compare. Yes, please check the price of the 2 pair of clear stones in 14k solid gold. I’ll probably have you send them all at once but I need an idea how much I’m spending so far. Thanks Josh!
Feb 24Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Okay, no problem at all! I'm contacting my supplier now, but there's a chance I won't hear back until Monday. I'll keep you posted and let you know as soon as I find out prices.
Feb 25Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench No problem. I’m not in a rush.
Feb 25Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Hey Peggi, Got some info ready for you. Unfortunately, and surprisingly, my supplier is out of stock on pink moissanite gems, and I'm really sorry if you got your hopes up for them. As of now, there's no clear estimate on when they'll restock (I have no control over their operation). However, I'm exploring the possibility of using pink sapphires for your project if you would be open to it?
Feb 25Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench So, for the time being, pink moissanite is off the table. Do you have any other gemstone preferences in mind? I'll gladly check on some alternative options for you. Thanks for your understanding, and I'm sorry again about that.
Feb 25Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Hi Josh! I’ll get the clear ones for now & wait for them to restock the pink moissanite. I am sad that they’re out with no clear restock date. I’m not sure about pink sapphires. Let me think about that…. In the mean time, I’ll check for post length In the next couple days & let you know. Then you can go ahead with the clear moissanite earrings.
Feb 25Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Don’t worry about it. These things happen. Let me look & see what else I like. I do like the ones in this listing….
Feb 25Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Also, there have been some increases in prices with my supplier. It seems that all the Moissanite prices are going up, slowly but surely. I have no doubt that within the next 2-5 years, they'll retain the same value as most lab grown diamonds. Right now, they're at an all-time high. For the higher-end stones, that is.
Feb 25Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench For 14K yellow gold with 3MM colorless Round Moissanite, the estimate per pair is looking to be around $290-$300. The best price I can offer for the new 3MM D Color round earrings is as low as I can possibly go, while still covering the 20% Poshmark takes from my sale. I wish there was a way for me to offer them to you at a reduced price, but Poshmark can make that a little difficult given the circumstances.
Feb 25Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin So $600 approx. for 2 pair. Ok. Go ahead with that. I’ll get back to you on post length soon. Also, I looked through your closet for other colors. I found the pink sapphire ones you have. They’re very pretty. Soo Yes, a pink sapphire set, 3mm, in 14k gold (solid, always for me unless I say plated). I put a few things in my bundle soo I can look them over again. I think I might want Garnets later.
Feb 25Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin And after looking at pink sapphires, yes I’d like the pink sapphires in 14k gold (always solid gold not plated unless I specify). I think a 4mm heart & a 3mm round, in the heart settings like in this listing. Again I decide on a post size soon, then it’ll be for all. I might go with 9mm. Haven’t decided for sure yet. If we can, can this order be all together?
Feb 25Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Hey Peggi, The $600 estimate is for the colorless four-prong basket setting, and there won't be much difference if you opt for variations like two colorless rounds in a basket setting or a combination of round and heart settings with pink sapphires. If we go with a 4MM stone, there might be a slight increase to make up for the cost of the 4MM difference.
Feb 27Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Regarding the posts, while 9MM might be feasible, I need to confirm availability with my supplier before I tell you yes. As of now, 8 or 11MM are options, but I can check for a 9MM 14K post if you prefer.
Feb 27Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Could you clarify if you're looking to get two pairs for now—one basket with colorless rounds and one heart with a pink sapphire (stone cut of your choice)? Also, bundling everything together is fine, but keep in mind there's a possibility of Poshmark inspection issues, like with that one order I told you about. If you're comfortable with that, I'll do my best to ensure a smooth process as before. Please take all the time you need to look/think over all of your preferences.
Feb 27Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Thanks a lot, Peggi! Very sorry for my slow communication, as well. We've all been so swamped lately! I'm also in the process of registering the business so I can open my website and start offering these products there, too. It's a very stressful process, especially with handling photography and listing on the side. My mom told me to let you know that she's sorry for her lack of communication as well. She said she'll be getting back with you soon. 🙂
Feb 27Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’m not worried about how quickly you or your m answer me. 🙂 I know you guys are busy! Take the website stuff one step, one day at a time. And be sure to let me know when you get it all done! I’d love to check it out!
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Would were not have Poshmark inspecting if I just ordered 2 pair to start?
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’d like to start with the 2 sets of round, clear moissanite stones set in the baskets. 14k and I still don’t know post size. I’m going to compare sizes probably tomorrow. Then I’ll let you know how long. I don’t know that 8 won’t work…
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’m just thinking when my ears decide they’re going to swell like newly pierced ears, I need enough space for the back to be secure with the swelling. I can’t take them out or they will close. It’s Weird that they do this. They’ve all been pierced over 50 years!!! This is why I only want 14k solid gold.
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’ll wait to get the sapphires until I get the clear ones. The waiting for PM to check them made me nervous. I have no worries with your jewelry or workmanship. Just the more places they get mailed, the more chances they can get lost.
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin As for the pink sapphires, TENTATIVELY, I’d like one heart cut stone, 4mm & one round cut stone 3mm & both of them set in the heart settings. Is that a secure setting for them? I want to try on a 4 mm & see how big it is. I found the ones you measured for me.
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin And the only reason I can usually answer you right back is because I’m retired, not really doing anything with my PM closet. I’m thinking I’ll reduce prices, have a sale & donate most of it. I only plan on keeping a couple things soo I can keep it open.
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I have a lot to do around my house before I can, but I want to try making some jewelry & see if I can sell it. But in the meantime, my house is too small to keep a bunch of clothing, etc. boxes, bubble wrap etc that’s in the way of progress in other areas.
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I’ll get back to you about sizes as soon as i I can. Thank you Josh!!!
Feb 28Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Hi Josh! Hope you’re doing well today! Did you hear back from your supplier about post length? I’m hoping to be able to get 9mm length posts. I measured earrings that I already have that work well & they’re 9mm.
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin if I can get the 9mm posts, the rest I’ve finally decided on. 2 pair of clear, 3mm (like I got from your mom)…. Wait…I’m going to measure the posts in then. Forgot because I’ve been wearing them. I’ll get back to you this afternoon.
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin sorry. I just want to be sure!
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin They look like 10 so they’re probably 11mm right? It’s hard for me to measure.
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Do 9mm if we can, 8 mm if we can’t foot the posts. WHEW!!!
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin *for the posts. Just reread what my phone wrote. Lol!
Feb 29Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Hi Peggi! The 3MM rounds my mom sent you were made with 11MM posts. They're the same as your gold earrings I created for you. About the 9MM posts, I haven't heard anything back yet! Sorry for the wait. I'll let you know as soon as they respond back to me. So, if not 9MM, 8MM is doable? I'll do my best to swing the 9MM, but it all depends on if they're in stock or not. The posts are separate parts from the actual earrings themselves.
Feb 29Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench They have to be bonded to the center of the earrings once I cast the actual design (otherwise, I'd just craft them myself to be the perfect length!).
Feb 29Reply
joshisposhin
joshisposhin @piranhawench Hope you're doing well too today, thank you! And again, just to clarify...Are you wanting just two baskets (identical to the ones my mom sent you) clear, rounds for now? I know you said you wanted to wait until you get the clears. So, no heart setting / pink sapphire for now? That's okay! I just want to be sure before I move forward. What kind of backs are you thinking about? Same push backs as before?
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin What other backs do you offer?
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin @joshisposhin Ok let’s see if I can do this… 14k solid gold 9mm posts on all, alternate 8mm posts. 2 pair 3mm clear moissanite in basket settings (like from your mom) 1 earring 4mm heart pink sapphire moissanite in heart setting 1 earring 4mm round pink sapphire moissanite in heart setting 1 earring 3mm round pink sapphire moissanite in heart setting
Feb 29Reply
piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin Are the pink sapphires moissanite or true sapphire? I forgot what you said. Which ever it is, that’s what I want. You can also split this up into a couple orders so pm doesn’t hold them up for inspection. Also do I can split the bill up! And, yes, I want 3 pink sapphire earrings. 2 4mm & 1 3mm. 7 earrings total.

piranhawench @joshisposhin I just changed my mind. Instead of 1 3mm round pink sapphire, make that 1 PAIR, in heart settings or basket (like mom’s) which ever is best.

joshisposhin @piranhawench There really isn't a huge variety of backs that I offer, but if you find some that catch your eye, feel free to show me and I can let you know if I think it would work with your new earrings!

joshisposhin @piranhawench The pink sapphires would be Lab grown pink sapphires. They have a hardness of 8 on the Mohs scale, compared to a 9.5 where Moissanite sits (diamond sits at 10, for reference). Very durable gemstone! The new stones may feature a slightly deeper pink color than the ones here that have more of a white-ish hue in my opinion.

joshisposhin @piranhawench Although it's very sparkly, it doesn't sparkle exactly like Moissanite. They do sparkle differently. I think you should take a look at some videos of lab grown pink sapphire and see if you like the sparkle. Or, tomorrow, I can pull one of my pendants out and record a close-up video for you of my princess cut pink sapphire I have here.

joshisposhin @piranhawench Also, quick update: 8, 10 and 11MM are both options you can use for the posts. 6 and 9MM posts are both out of stock right now. I'm really sorry about that, Peggi!

joshisposhin @piranhawench Checking on the availability of those 4MM Heart cuts for you as well. Later today, I will record a detailed video for you so you can get a better visual idea of what you'd be getting if you decided to go with that.

joshisposhin @piranhawench I know you said it's okay, but I always want to apologize when my communication is slower, so for that, I do apologize and I always appreciate your patience with me. Thank you so much. 😊

joshisposhin I noticed my typo...the sapphire has a 9 hardness compared to moissanite at 9.5, not 8. It's very close in terms of durability!

piranhawench @joshisposhin Josh you may think you answer slow, (I don’t think you do), but you make up for it by answering ALL my questions in detail, repeatedly if I ask more than once! I appreciate all your time!

piranhawench @joshisposhin I’ll try to find a heart shaped lab grown pink sapphire video to watch for sparkle. I understand they won’t look like moissanite. For some reason I thought you said they’d be moissanite. I don’t know?! 🤣 where I got that!!! Anyway, I’ll try to find a video.

piranhawench @joshisposhin When (if?) you find 4mm heart cut pink sapphires, could you please put them next to a 3mm round stones or earrings? That’s what I’m ordering, and I have 3mm earrings so I know what size they are. That’s been the hard part. Even though you measured & marked all kinds of sizes, I just don’t get it.

piranhawench @joshisposhin I have 5, 6 & 7mm gold balls. Same size as my new moissanite hearts, princess & round ones but the stones are a different shape & seem, I don’t know, taller…? They look different on. Soo please be patient with me when I’m ordering.

piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I think I’ll go with the 8mm posts & the backs like you sent with my first earrings.

piranhawench
piranhawench @joshisposhin I hope you saved the order that I sent you. I’ll never remember it, I’d end up changing my mind again or something! LOL!!! That list should be in this thread I hope, just in case. I think.

joshisposhin @piranhawench Oh, and about the pink moissanite, I did say that at first, but when I asked my supplier about it, they told me they were out of stock of the pink stones and they're not sure when there will be a restock. So, as an alternative, pink sapphire is on the table

joshisposhin @piranhawench I think they're incredible stones, but the choice is entirely up to you whether we decide to use them or not. 4MM Hearts cuts are also available, so if you wanted the exact pair you see here in silver, we can make it in 14K yellow gold as well. Look at the listing I tagged you in and tell me if you like what you see so far. That's one idea I've got for them, should you decide to make that choice. 💎

piranhawench @joshisposhin @joshisposhin pink sapphire will be good since we don’t know when or if there’ll be pink moissanite available. Please make this pair in 4mm heart cut stone, 8mm heart post in 14k gold. 😊💕💜 💎
