Good pre-owned condition. Pre-owned means that the boots have signs of wear, that they were worn, that they are not new, that they necessarily have some scuffs, etc. see the photo. Inside there is a strap for easy putting on. Great shoes . My daughter doesn't want to wear them, but they are too big for me
